In scenarios where a new RFA or BCM is unavailable for key generation, the HW03C cable and HW13 keys enable the utilization of a One-Time Use Activation within the HW04-C package. This function facilitates key creation for PEPS JLR vehicles without the necessity of BCM or RFA replacement.

The HW03C package is upgradeable to the Full C Package at any time.

 

 

With the Included HW14 keys you'll be able to generate keys without RFA modifications. Even without the full HW04-C package, you can perform key programming and alarm off on 24+ vehicles on a pay-per-use basis.
